Refund Policy – Adroit
At Adroit, we are committed to providing high-quality professional education services for CA, CS, and CMA students. Please read our refund policy and product description carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Course Fee Refund Policy
All course fees paid to Apna Adroit are strictly non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
This applies to:
- Online Live Classes
- Recorded Courses
- Face to Face Classes
- Test Series
- Books
2. Refund Before Course Access
A refund request may be considered only if ALL conditions are met:
- The request is made within 48 hours of payment
- The student has not attended any class
- Course material/access credentials have not been used
- In such cases, a processing fee of 20% will be deducted.
3. No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after enrollment
Non-attendance of classes
Failure in examination
Technical issues at student’s end
Course transfer requests
Partial course completion
4. Batch / Course Changes
Batch changes may be allowed subject to management approval and availability.
No refund will be issued for batch change requests.
5. Cancellation by Institute
If a course is cancelled by Adroit due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be eligible for:
Full refund OR
Transfer to another batch
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
